ABOUT THE PROJECT
The Business Communications group manages most internal and external communications for CIBC, including cibc.com, pcfinancial.ca, internal newsletters and more.

The group needed a way to keep track of all of the communication updates made to these entities with various editorial and management views.

A custom networked database system was developed to support the Business Communications group. The system allows the group to track all on-going communication updates, includes multiple access levels for management and staff, and generates reports for viewing by the senior management of CIBC.
