Read OnComicReply participated in VentureLab Market Research workshop hosted by MaRs instructors. In this Value Proposition Workshop we examined the way we have been collecting market research information about the various ways the ComicReply platform can help marketers and had a ‘eureka moment’ leading to the Digital Toolkit Survey and Toolkit Directory. Over the past few years the number of digital marketing tools and platforms grew exponentially, as presented in the famous chiemartec.com reports. But we have never seen a live survey asking marketers which tools they actually use. Everyone has a different marketing stack and it’s very difficult to keep track of it all. The session focused on the processes and tactics of collecting market research information and interviewing techniques. This led us to a realization that we should be mapping out all of the Marketing Engagement Tools and survey the market to find out what people actually use, what’s good, bad or ugly about each tool.
