The Sharing Economy: Toronto Innovations

Toronto is a hub of innovation in the new sharing economy. Startup companies and non-profits are offering new ways to share both physical objects, information and ideas that increase the overall engagement among the community.

This event is designed for anyone who is looking to learn about the various opportunities and challenges of building a new sharing economy platform, especially entrepreneurs interested in social innovations.

The session will introduce audiences to some of the local organizations and entrepreneurs who are building the new sharing economy in Toronto.

The multi-format event will include an introduction to the various projects (show & tell), a panel discussion, Q&A and possibly a short brainstorming session with the audience exploring areas where more sharing can improve the local economy.
